Background
From the books to the boardroom.
Peak CFO Services began as an accounting and bookkeeping practice. Working inside clients' books every month showed the same pattern again and again: businesses growing their sales without growing their profit or cash at the same pace.
That led to fractional CFO work, and to the Margin Multiplier, a six-week program built for ecommerce businesses doing more than $1M a year, with the goal of doubling profit margin or cash flow.
Over a ten-year career in finance, Brian has worked with more than 1,000 businesses, from single-store owners to complex, multi-entity companies, and has helped businesses scale past $10M in revenue. Alongside CFO work, he brings tax strategy experience, helping owners plan ahead instead of reacting at filing time.
Today, Peak CFO Services intentionally works with a smaller number of clients. Instead of chasing volume, the firm focuses on giving each business high-quality, hands-on attention.
